[dropcap]S[/dropcap]o after resting for 2 days, I’ve decided to go for a morning ride. Unfortunately that morning I woke up slightly late, so I couldn’t do my usual full hour ride. But before that I ate cornflakes in order for me to get kicking into gear, and with the air I’ve pumped into the bike I was good to go.
It felt better, as it wasn’t as straining as before where I tried to push my limitation on how to keep a faster average speed. It was a good ride, and I was able to as it wasn’t as bad the previous ride. So it’s all good.
