I forgotten to weigh myself before I started cycling using the Omron Machine that I got last year.  Never the less, I knew I weigh in at 94 KG because I wanted to find out how heavy was the bike.  The bike weighs about 10KG, after I carry it step onto the scale and it went up to 104 KG.  So that was the only benchmark I had that time.  So I dropped about 2.5 KG after 2 rides within these past few days.  Also I had to control my diet as well, where I limited my calories intake with the help of My Fitness Pal where I began monitoring the type of food that I’ve taken.  So I guess it’s a good start, and hopefully I will be able to drop till 75kg.
